What's your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges.
If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in the product description sections of our store.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled or damaged. If that’s the case, please let us know via email at mooskashop@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send you a new one!

How do I track my order?
Orders typically take 3–4 days to fulfill. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Just click the number to follow your package on our tracking page and see the latest updates.

How are your products shipped?
We package every order with care to make sure your products arrive safely. Depending on the item and where it’s going, we use materials like paper or plastic mailers, cardboard boxes, and protective inserts such as foam pouches or bubble wrap when needed.
All apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities now use 90-100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic bags.
Common packaging materials
- Poly mailers (white or grey): Made from at least 70% PCR plastic.
- Clear inside bags: At least 30% PCR, used to group multiple items.
- Cardboard boxes: Used for fragile or larger items.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
- Check around your property – Sometimes packages are left in unexpected places like porches, back doors, or behind furniture.
- Ask others at the delivery address – A neighbor, housemate, or front desk may have accepted the package.
- Contact the last-mile carrier directly – The carrier may be able to provide more detailed delivery information (e.g., “left under the bench near the garage”).
